Spectral Detection and Processing Modes
Three-Body Technology describes Future DS as a plugin that reads the spectrum instead of simply reacting to loudness. A Sibilance switch selects between two modes. With Sibilance on, processing triggers only when vocal sibilance is detected, so it works as a dedicated de-esser. With Sibilance off, it behaves more like a high-frequency limiter that continuously controls harshness, which the developer suggests is useful on cymbals, strings and bright mix buses.
Frequency range boundaries can be dragged directly on the spectrum display, and a priority curve lets you draw weighting across the spectrum to set where processing is stronger or lighter.
