01Overview

Ensemblia 2 Elektronika is the electronic flavour of the Ensemblia Percussive line. Its sounds were gathered from drum machines such as the Roland TR-808, TR-909 and CR-78, from vintage preset machines, and from synthesizers including the Roland Juno 60, Prophet 5, Korg MS-20 and Minimoog. The sounds were further edited and processed with modular and software tools. The result is a library aimed at drum programmers working across electronic styles, from downtempo and house to drum and bass and breakbeat.

Sequencer, Mixer and Live FX Workflow

The instrument uses a 7-track multi-step sequencer, which the developer describes as intelligent and complex, paired with a mixer for shaping the individual and overall sound. A built-in instrument browser and file browser help with navigating sounds and presets.

The Live FX feature lets you shape beats in real time, which suits performance and quick sketching of rhythms.
