Sound Sources and Interval Engine
Interval combines a set of recorded orchestral and selected instrument sounds with an engine that layers equal intervals on top of each played note. Up to eight intervals can be stacked, producing clusters that range from bright and clear to dense and dissonant.
The developer gives a simple example: playing C with a fourth interval selected produces C, F, Bb, Eb and further notes stacked above it. Each interval step has its own volume control, so the balance of the stack can be shaped directly.
