Crossovers and Per-Band Width Control

Dynawide's multiband faders offer a +/- 24dB range for each band, so you can sculpt tonal balance with more control than simple cutting and boosting. The crossover controls are user adjustable, and you can choose between linear phase and analog-type minimum phase crossovers with a single button. The frequency adjustment sets exactly where the bands meet.

Per-band width controls let you widen the stereo image in selected ranges. Width Limit buttons are included to help keep the sides from overpowering the mids during wide settings, which supports mono compatibility.

A live per-band spectrum display at the top of the interface shows how the signal changes as it moves through the plugin.

Saturation, Depth, and Workflow

The Heat knobs add harmonic richness to specific frequencies. The Depth controls add a front-to-back expansion effect, and the Pan knobs place individual frequency bands within the stereo field, which can be useful for panning bands of pre-made loops or full mixes.

The interface is vector-based and resizable. AB comparison, copy and paste between processing chains, and undo and redo are available. A set of categorized factory presets provides starting points for widening, deepening, and balancing different types of audio.
