01Overview

Delay Rings is a delay effect built around two independent delay engines, called rings. Each ring has its own length, feedback, gain and filter settings, and can orbit clockwise or counterclockwise through the stereo image. The developer positions it as a step beyond standard ping-pong delay, aimed at producers who want echoes that feel three-dimensional and in motion. Dual Ring Delay Controls and Stereo Motion

Each ring offers its own delay length, with straight, dotted and triplet options, plus separate feedback and gain controls. This lets you build interwoven rhythmic patterns where the two delays interact rather than simply repeat. Direction is set per ring, so one echo can circle clockwise while the other moves counterclockwise.

Dedicated high-pass and low-pass filters on the delay trails help remove low-end rumble or soften brittle highs. Each ring can also be enabled or disabled on its own, which is useful for simplifying a pattern or isolating one movement while you adjust the other.

Modulation, Reverb and Ducking

Beyond the delays, a modulation section with Depth and Rate controls adds subtle shimmer or more intense warping to the signal. A reverb stage with its own Dry/Wet and Time controls extends the tails, and stereo width can be adjusted for both the delay and reverb.

An auto-ducker reduces the delay volume while the input signal is playing, with adjustable Release, so the main sound stays clear in the mix.
