Drum Styles, Patterns and Presets

DEEP includes 30 styles with 690 drum patterns, plus 70 sound designer presets. Five drum kits are included, and each kit can be customized with the Grit control, a retro morph control that adds dirt and energy, or one of six Mix Presets.

The Mix Presets swap out an entire multi-bus effect chain for each instrument channel, which speeds up setting a mix. A separate Mix Section lets you adjust the volume of each kit component, including separate overhead and room microphone controls, before adding reverb.

Working With Phrases and Bass Styles

Phrases can be dragged and dropped into your DAW for detailed note editing, so you can adjust individual drum hits after the pattern is in place.

DEEP is designed to pair with UJAM's Virtual Bassist DANDY. The included styles share names with DANDY's bass phrases, so choosing the same style name in both plugins gives aligned drum and bass backings. DEEP can also be used on its own.
