Damage Guitars 2: Kontakt Guitar Riff and Lead Library by Heavyocity

The core of the library is its tempo-synced material. Heavyocity lists 648 guitar leads and licks, 216 guitar riffs and 216 bass riffs, spread across the Rock, Metal and Damaged styles and the three keys. Each style also includes 108 tempo-synced guitar motifs and 36 multi-sampled playable sustains covering organic, hybrid and granular sources.

Beyond the musical phrases, the library includes more than 500 utility sources such as chugs, bends, trills, bombs, slides and runs. These give you short articulations you can drop into a part without recording them yourself, which is useful when building palm-muted sections or transitional fills.

The Damage Guitars Designer lets you load and layer playable sustains and banks across three channels. Each channel has its own FX controls for envelope, tone, drive, motion and space. An advanced mixer offers drift, scatter and recordable automation, while performance controls cover tempo sync, start times and sequencing.

The instrument also includes a custom master FX section with punish, compression, reverb and delay, plus a settings page for fine-tuning legato, glide, sustain and velocity behavior. A MACRO knob on each instrument type gives dynamic multi-parameter control.
