Drum Sounds and Multi-Velocity Layouts
The library contains more than 350 drum hits in 24-bit, 44.1 kHz quality. The hits cover kicks, snares, toms, claps, crashes, sticks, rim shots and rides. Each key uses a multi-velocity layout with up to 8 samples per key, ranging from pp to ff, so the dynamics of a played performance carry through to your programming.
The developer says the sounds were tracked with a vintage Neumann U67, C414 and Royer ribbon microphones, with Neve pre-amps and API 2500 compression on the overheads. These details describe the recording chain rather than a sound you can dial in, but they explain the character of the room-based sound.
