Sound Palette for UK Garage Production

The presets are designed to capture the energy of UK Garage. The pack covers the core elements a garage track needs: bouncy stabs for chord hits, deep bass tones for the low end, and warm pads for harmonic backing.

Leads are crisp and expressive, and the FX presets carry the dub-style delays and effects the genre is known for. Tracktion describes the sounds as punchy and club-ready.

Vocal phrases are chopped and pitched to add rhythmic movement, which suits both old-school 2-step tracks and newer garage blends.

Using the Presets Beyond Garage

Although the pack is built with UK Garage in mind, Tracktion says the sounds also work in House, D&B and Downtempo. Producers working across these genres can use the stabs, basses and pads as a starting point and adjust them to fit their own arrangements.

The pack requires a full version of BioTek 3 or Attracktive, so it is best suited to producers who already use one of these instruments.
