El Train Future Soul is an expansion pack for the KHORDS instrument, created by Loopmasters Plugins. It adds 50 new waveforms and 100 presets with dusty, dreamy synth, keys and pad sounds.
El Train Future Soul is a preset expansion for KHORDS, developed by Loopmasters Plugins. The sounds were recorded and processed by producer Luke Nyeke, known as El Train, who blends hip-hop, R&B and electronic beats with a West Coast influence. The pack is aimed at producers working on Future Soul, R&B, Chill Trap and Lofi Hip Hop tracks who want sounds that sit alongside the KHORDS factory library.
The developer describes the raw samples as dusty and dreamy, with a vibe intended to mix well with the KHORDS factory sounds. The expansion includes sweeping leads, lush pads, lo-fi keys and wonky synths.
The 50 waveforms are split into 21 major chords, 26 minor chords and 3 root or open note sounds. The 100 presets cover 44 pads, 25 stabs, 10 keys, 6 strings, 3 strums, 3 plucks, 2 brass, 3 atmospheric sounds, 2 SFX, 1 bass and 1 vocal.
This pack requires KHORDS and will not run on its own. Loopmasters Plugins specifies KHORDS version 1.0.4 or higher, so update KHORDS before installing the expansion.
For producers who already own KHORDS, the pack is a focused way to add chords, pads and character sounds for the genres it targets.
