Bass Master Expansion Pack: House Bass Presets and Waveforms

The 75 waveforms are split into 33 low, 16 mid, 13 high and 13 sub samples. Loopmasters says the audio was recorded direct through high-end converters and then treated with analogue-modelled EQs, tape and preamp emulations. Vintage and modern analogue synths and analogue-modelled synths form the basis of the palette.

The developer says the set includes bass toppers, mid-range tones meant to cut through a mix, and heavier bottom-end and sub bass sounds. These waveforms are processed and combined into the included presets, so each category of sound can be shaped further inside Bass Master.

The 100 presets are divided into 25 low, 25 mid, 23 simple, 14 swaggy and 13 sub presets. The simple and swaggy groups give you a range of bass styles, from straightforward patches to more characterful ones, while the low, mid and sub groups cover different frequency roles.

Loopmasters says the collection suits most house sub-genres and is meant to add analogue-style overtones on top of the stock Bass Master sounds. It is also positioned for melodic techno and downtempo basslines.
