The plugin includes 100 synthesizer patches and 100 global presets. The developer describes the leads and basses as thick and aggressive, aimed at contemporary club trance and retro-inspired rave production.
VORTEX uses a multi-synthesis engine with a built-in sequencer and arpeggiator, plus multi-effects processing. These tools let you shape arpeggio patterns and gated rhythms without leaving the plugin.
The synth is available as VST3, VST2, AU and AAX on Windows and macOS, and authorization is handled through the UJAM App.

VORTEX is available in VST3, VST2, AU and AAX formats on Windows and macOS. All plug-in formats are 64-bit only.
The minimum requirements are 8GB of RAM, 0.4 GB of free disk space, a 1280x768 display and an internet connection for authorization. Windows 10 or 11, or macOS Big Sur through macOS Tahoe, are supported.
