Classic rompler sounds and synthesis engine
UJAM says the Usynth engine combines virtual analog, FM, wavetable and multisampler synthesis. The developer points to the sounds of rompler hardware from the late 1980s and 1990s as the main reference point.
According to UJAM, the library includes single instruments such as piano, bass, guitar and strings, along with layered and hybrid sampler and synth sounds. The engine is built around dozens of filter modes, modulation matrices, envelopes, LFOs and hundreds of parameters.
UJAM also describes an interface that lets users build their own sounds without prior synthesizer knowledge.
