Tube-Tech Complete Collection 2 brings together Softube's Tube-Tech plugins developed with Tube-Tech. The set includes the SMC 2B Multiband Compressor, updated CL 1B Mk II and Classic Channel Mk II units, and Tube-Tech Equalizers Mk II. Compression and Channel Strip Processing

The SMC 2B is a three-band optical compressor that Softube describes as an emulation of the renowned three-band opto comp. It adds stereo processing through linked or selectable Dual Mono operation.

The CL 1B Mk II is an optical compressor that includes the legacy CL 1B alongside an updated version. A Generation Switch lets you move between the Mk I and Mk II sound, and the plugin adds parallel blend and side-chain low-cut filters.

Classic Channel Mk II combines both generations of the CL 1B with PE 1C and ME 1B equalizers. Mid/side processing lets you treat the center and sides of a mix differently.

Equalizers and Workflow

Tube-Tech Equalizers Mk II are Pultec-style tube-driven passive equalizers, built around the PE 1C and ME 1B. Softube describes the highs as smooth, the mid-range as airy and focused, and the lows as full.

Both the CL 1B Mk II and the Equalizers Mk II also work in Console 1, alongside their native plugin versions.
