Piano Sound and Character Options

Virtual Pianist SCORE is based on recordings of a Steinway D Grand piano. UJAM describes the sound as complex in character and says the instrument was recorded and mixed so users can dial in a sound with a few clicks.

The plugin offers five character settings: Abyss, Damped, Mellow, Pure and Royal. Users can tone the sound from soft and expressive to bright and assertive, which helps the piano sit in a mix.

The package includes 45 Finisher Multi-Effect Modes and 45 Ambience FX presets made for SCORE, plus more than 175 presets for quick starting points.

Player Mode and Workflow

In Instrument mode, you play the piano directly. In Player mode, the plugin plays for you using more than 180 customizable phrases. A Busyness setting controls how dense the playing is.

MIDI Drag and Drop lets you use the player with other instruments. SCORE also pairs with Finisher FLUXX for ambient textures and with Virtual Bassist ROYAL, both UJAM products.

What do I need to run SCORE?
