Sound and Recording Approach
Heavyocity recorded the library at Reservoir Studios in New York, using three- and four-person violin, viola and cello ensembles. The developer says the goal was to capture a close, intimate chamber sound with a high level of detail.
The articulations are built around rhythmic playing techniques. Examples include Tremolo Pushes, Pulse Waves, Rhythm Soup and Off Accent for violins, violas and celli, so the same technique can be layered across sections in a single arrangement.
