REVERB 2 Upgrade from UFX REVERB: Reverb Plugin by UJAM

The biggest addition is Dual Mode, which UJAM describes as a way to get a fuller, denser reverb instantly. Early Reflections add spatial definition to the early part of the decay.

The reverb library grows by 10 modes, including Drum Room for drums, Courtyard for outdoor echo-style reverb, Scoring Stage for warm orchestral ambience, Parking Garage, Vocal Ice, Gigathedral, Gated Freeze, Shimmer, Fat Shimmer and Long Reverse. Filter and Finisher options also expand, with 15 new filters and 40 new finishers.

The base engine offers 20 reverb models, and each can be adjusted through the Ambience and Character sections. These controls use plain parameters such as room size, density, damper and modulation.

The Ducking Control reduces the attack of the reverb signal, which can clean up a mix that sounds muddy. The Freeze function holds the current state of the reverberation indefinitely, which suits ambient textures and resampling. The Surprise feature uses randomization to generate new reverb settings with a single click, from subtle variations to entirely new results.
