Two Pingable Envelopes for Rhythmic Modulation
Unlike a standard ADSR, each channel of the 4ms PEG restarts its cycle when it receives a ping from an external clock. Softube's description points to your DAW clock as a typical source. Each channel can multiply the pinged tempo to fit two, three, four or more envelope cycles into each beat, or divide it to create longer cycles that still lock to the tempo.
Detailed control over the envelope shape lets you shape percussive clicks and beeps, or match the elastic movement of a bassline to your track's tempo.
