Sound Design and Shaping Tools in Melodism
Melodism focuses on tonal instruments rather than generic sample sets. Its leads, plucks and pads are meant for scoring and cinematic work, and the developer describes the set as adding character to tracks quickly.
Each instrument can be shaped with amplitude envelope controls, individual note settings, lowpass and highpass filters, distortion, delay and reverb, plus a gate, glide/portamento and reverse function. These tools let you move a sound from a raw sample toward something more textured or rhythmic without leaving the instrument.
