Synth Engine and Sound Character

The synth engine offers three waveforms: PWM, Saw and Sub. A mixer lets you balance the waveforms directly, and a graphic visualizer displays the pulse width of the square wave.

Loot Audio says the engine replicates the classic 106 in all its aspects, with the on-board Chorus 1 and Chorus 2 included. The arpeggiator and LFO can both be switched to tempo sync, so rhythmic patches can follow your project tempo.

Vintage Effects and Live Control

The effects chain includes a Tape Delay 201, Spring Reverb, Equalizer 611, G-Compressor and Tube Overdrive. The Tape Delay repeat rate can be tempo-synced, and you can set the echo level and feedback time on each of its three tape heads separately.

All knobs, faders and buttons can be assigned to any MIDI controller, which makes the instrument suitable for live performance setups. Hovering over a control shows a description of its function in the bottom info panel.
