DC Snares: Snare Construction Plugin by Scaler Music Free Download

DC Snares gives you four flexible sound slots. Each slot can take one of the 684 internal sounds, a sample you drag in, a synth engine patch, or hits generated by the randomiser. Layering these slots is the core workflow.

Each slot has its own pitch and amp envelope with adjustable start and end points and a reverse option. Waveform displays update in real time as you edit, so you can see how each change shapes the sound. Simple and Advanced modes let you work quickly or go into more detail.

Four assignable modulation envelopes add further control over the sound design.

The plugin includes 12 insert and master effects, among them Sizzler, Resonator, Transient, Saturator, Gate, Compressor, Limiter and EQ. Each sound slot holds up to six insert effects, and the master chain has four slots. You can insert, reorder and bypass effects, and there are two bus effects and two master sends for reverb and delay.

For performance, the internal sequencer engine plays pitch-able, division-based snare rolls. You can trigger them from a MIDI controller or the internal keyboard, or play the snares chromatically.
