Bull Sub V2 Upgrade from V1: Sub-Bass Enhancer Plugin by Safari Audio

The plugin generates a sub-harmonic layer and places it under the original signal. A live spectrum display sits above the main controls, so you can see the generated sub content against the source while you adjust it.

The Freq, Drive and Subs controls cover the core low-end shaping. The Res control tunes the resonance of the generated band, and the Transients control adds shaping for low-end punch. Safari Audio says the Input level works best set somewhat lower than feels natural, since this produces more sub content.

Smart Gain and Link Gain are included for level matching, and an A/B compare function lets you check changes quickly.

The V2 release includes an improved sub generation algorithm, a new oversampling algorithm, and a short-term LUFS readout for monitoring loudness. The interface has been fully redesigned and includes a new preset system.

Because this is an upgrade product, it is intended for owners of Bull Sub Machine who want the V2 engine and interface. The standard version is sold separately as the base product.
