Berserk focuses on big, aggressive drums for intense electronic production. Its 20 rhythm styles and 10 drum kits can be combined into a wide range of patterns, from light, rolling beats to thumping, distorted grooves. The plugin includes 50 presets, and the Mix presets let you switch between multi-effect profiles to reshape the overall sound. Sound and Character of the Drum Machine

UJAM positions Berserk for dubstep and other genres built on dynamic contrast. The plugin's Devastate control adds custom compression and distortion for extra intensity. Set it to the positive side to increase punch, or set it negative to bring the mix toward mono with a tight, crunchy distortion.

The Beat Intensity control adjusts brightness and separation between sections, which can help distinguish a verse from a chorus without rebuilding the arrangement.

Patterns, Kits and Workflow

The 10 drum kits and 20 styles provide 460 ready-made patterns, with 23 patterns per style. Mixing and matching Kit, Style and Mix presets gives you a fast route from empty session to finished groove.
