Articulations, Legato and Slides

Ample Bass J includes 13 articulations, among them slap, pop, hammer-on and dead note. Polyphonic legato and the slide system are designed to make transitions between notes sound connected.

Drop tuning down to B0 is supported, which extends the instrument's range for lower-register parts. MIDI CC and velocity can be edited with real-time visualization, and swing quantization adds control over groove. One-click automatic vibrato curve generation applies to all notes.

Riffer 4 MIDI Editing and Amp Modeling

Riffer 4 offers Dual Piano Roll and Tab views and writes MIDI with string awareness. Full MIDI import and export keep articulation playback accurate, and Guitar Pro files can be opened through Tab Reader 4. A built-in riff library is included as a starting point.

The AMP and FX suite contains 3 bass heads, 4 cabinets and 4 microphones, along with EQ, delay, compression and reverb. A new chord system is designed for non-strumming instruments.
