Ample Metal Hellrazer: Nine-String Guitar Instrument by Ample Sound

The instrument is built on a bridge pickup sample library captured from a nine-string Schecter Hellraiser. The developer describes the sound as crushing and built for extended range, which makes it suited to low, drop-tuned riffing.

The tuning options include #C, #F, B, E, A, D, G, B and E, so you can match the instrument to the register your riff requires. Grainy and humanization controls add texture and small timing and feel variations to make the performance sound less rigid.

The integrated amp suite offers six amp models, eight microphone options and several cabinet setups, giving you control over the final tone without a separate amp sim.

Nine articulations cover palm mute, slides, harmonics and polyphonic legato. Riffer and the Tab Player handle detailed sequencing and performance playback, so you can build parts at the note level and review them in tab form.
