What the AMBER 2 Upgrade Adds

The most visible change is the new Instrument mode, which comes with a completely new guitar model and new phrases. Picking can now be layered on top of strumming, giving you a way to combine rhythm and single-note parts from one instrument.

The Open Chords feature adds more variety to chord voicings, which is useful when you want the accompaniment to sound less repetitive over a longer section.

AMBER 2 contains more than 30 styles and 350 phrases, so you can pull in a part quickly while writing. UJAM says the guitar was recorded with carefully selected microphones and pickups to give a wide sound palette.

The plugin includes 30 stompbox emulations and 60 Finisher FX modes. The Finisher control chooses one multi-effect chain to add texture and ambience, and the stompboxes cover combinations of compressors, filters, delays, reverbs and wahs.
