AZS Colours Vol.3 - Sylenth1 is a Sylenth1 preset pack from Resonance Sound with 100 presets for EDM, plus 12 project demos containing more than 70 tracks of MIDI. It requires Sylenth1 version 2.2 or 2.2.1.
AZS Colours Vol.3 is a preset bank built for Sylenth1 and aimed at electronic dance producers. It contains 100 presets covering bass, lead, pluck, pad and distorted lead sounds. The developer describes the pack as covering the main sound types of dance music. Resonance Sound also includes a set of royalty-free MIDI, developed with Estonian duo Cold Rush, so producers can start a track from a ready-made pattern.
The pack's 100 Sylenth1 presets cover deep and fat basses, huge leads, plucks, pads and screaming distorted leads. Resonance Sound says the presets were made with Sylenth1's sound engine in mind, with the aim of covering a wide range of EDM styles.
All presets and MIDI are organized in a project folder with an installation guide, which makes the pack easy to load into a Sylenth1 session.
The pack includes 12 project demos with more than 70 tracks of MIDI. The MIDI was shaped and structured as ready-to-use material, so it can be dropped into a project and tested against the presets.
Each preset includes modwheel and velocity assignments, so the sound can respond to expression changes during playing.
