Buchla-Inspired Loops and Textures
The pack is built from 75 stereo loops created by Sarah Belle Reid using Buchla synthesizers. Robotic Bean describes the sounds as unfamiliar and unconventional, aimed at producers and filmmakers who want material outside standard synth palettes.
The loops are organized into types such as drones, sequences and atmospheres. Drones and atmospheres suit pads, transitions and sound design beds, while the sequenced loops give more rhythmic movement. Because the set covers a varied range of BPMs and keys, it can be fitted into different tempos without much rework.
Long loops of 30 seconds to over 60 seconds give the material room to develop. This makes the pack useful for layering under other parts or for passages where you want the texture to shift slowly over time.
