Driven Techno is a Niche Audio expansion built around techno production. It is designed for Ableton Live and Maschine and combines drum racks, ready-made projects and a set of 240 samples. The developer describes the sound as subby basses, hard driving rhythms and a classic underground character. Each kit includes conceptual MIDI patterns so you can hear the sounds in context right away.
Niche Audio says the samples and patterns were programmed to suit a range of moods. The collection includes subby basses, hard driving rhythms and a classic underground sound.
Each kit or project loads with MIDI patterns, which let you audition the sounds in a musical setting before you start arranging. This makes it easier to judge whether a sound fits your track.
Every kit and project can serve as a starting point. You can change the samples, effects, mix and patterns to suit your track, or work directly with the included sounds.
The pack is organized into 15 Maschine groups and 15 Ableton Live drum racks, each paired with a project, so you can move between the two hosts depending on your setup.
