DnB Liquid Elements is a drum and bass sample pack from Niche Audio, built for Maschine with starter projects, groups and 263 24-bit/44.1 kHz samples. It also includes Ableton Live versions with drum racks and instrument racks.
DnB Liquid Elements is a genre-specific expansion from Niche Audio, aimed at producers making drum and bass. Each kit loads with conceptual MIDI patterns, so you can hear the sounds in context right away. The developer describes the pack as a source of inspiration for starting a track with a specific vibe, and each kit or project can serve as a starting point that you then edit freely.
Niche Audio says the pack is built around hard-hitting breaks, deep bass and twisted synths. The samples and patterns are programmed so that each kit can be auditioned in musical context before you change anything.
The Maschine version contains 15 fully tagged and color-coded groups and 15 starter projects. Every sample is a 24-bit/44.1 kHz file, so you can drop the material into your own arrangement and reshape it with your own processing.
In Maschine, the groups and projects give you a quick way to sketch a drum and bass idea from a ready-made starting point. You can swap samples, change effects, adjust the mix and edit the patterns to suit your track.
Ableton Live users get 15 starter projects, 15 drum racks and 7 instrument racks. The developer notes that all content is royalty free, which matters if you plan to release tracks made with the sounds.
