Deep & Jackin Garage is a sample and kit pack by Niche Audio for Maschine, with 13 kits, 244 24-bit samples and 101 MIDI patterns for Jackin House and Deep productions. It also includes Ableton Live sets.
Deep & Jackin Garage is built around bump, funk and shuffle grooves drawn from underground Garage, classic Chicago and West Coast House. Niche Audio says the pack was created with producer Scott Diaz. The collection covers swung drums, re-sampled analog basslines, chord stabs and jack-injected vocals. Each element can be swapped for your own samples and the included MIDI patterns can be edited.
The 13 kits focus on swung drums, re-sampled analog basslines and authentic chord stabs. Niche Audio says the sounds are inspired by old school House and Garage artists such as Dusky, Huxley, Medlar and James Dexter, along with labels including Lost My Dog, Large Music and Local Talk.
Two additional special kits add 16 vocal sounds and 16 FX sounds. The pack contains 244 24-bit WAV samples and 15 drum racks for Ableton Live.
Each included sample can be replaced with your own within seconds, and the MIDI patterns can be edited freely. This makes the pack a starting point for building your own tracks rather than a fixed set of loops.
The pack is provided for Maschine and Ableton Live, with 101 patterns and 13 projects or sets across both formats.
