01Overview

Wood Conga is a percussion instrument built for Kontakt, made by Sounds of the Earth. The developer describes its drum as a conga with a handcrafted wooden head rather than the usual leather. The conga is a long, narrow membranophone played with the fingers and palms, and the developer says it produces deep tones. The library gives producers a conga sound for projects that call for hand percussion in Latin-influenced music.
