AMA I Percussion Bundle: Amazonian Percussion Samples for Kontakt

The bundle is split into low, mid and high percussion groups. The low group includes drums such as the Tambor de Alfaia, Surdo and several Gamba drums, along with snare-style instruments like the Caixa de Marabaixo. The mid group includes gourd-based instruments such as the Bongo de Cuia and Tambor de Cuia, a bamboo-style Caixinha, and the Tambor D'Água, which combines a wooden container, water and two half gourds.

The high group adds further percussive colour. Across the library, the developer describes the sounds as delicate and clear in the midrange, with some instruments providing a deeper, smoother tone.

Each instrument can be played with three to five microphone positions. Distant mics give a more ambient, soothing character, while close mics add detail and definition. Users can blend positions to balance space and attack.
