V12 Chorus: Chorus Effects Plugin by Antelope Audio

The core of V12 Chorus is its Voicing generator, which creates up to 12 voicings from the source material. The time between voicings, their tuning and the number of repeats can each be set separately, which gives you room to sculpt the texture in detail.

The Colorize frequency filter, with its Color Shifter function, shapes the tone of the effect so it can sit inside a mix. The Space function changes the placement of the delayed voicings in relation to the filters, which is useful for unusual spatial effects.

Once the voicings and their tone are set, the Humanize engine adds controlled randomization. At lower settings it can imitate human-like variation in timing and pitch. At its most extreme setting, Antelope Audio notes that it can produce highly chaotic results.

This makes V12 Chorus a fit for dark, haunting and experimental projects, where unpredictable modulation is part of the sound. It can also be used more subtly for fine-tuning a source.
