Piano Models and Sound Character
The four included models cover different styles. The Yamaha C7 is a seven-foot concert grand, and the developer describes its tone as rich and well suited to stage and live recording. The Steinway D is presented as a warm, resonant grand with a large, full sound. The Bechstein Upright offers a more compact, classic piano tone. The workstation model is the most distinct, with a harder transient attack and more high-end color, which suits tracks that need the piano to sit clearly in a dense mix.
The interface lets you adjust dynamics, instrument age, lid position and hammer mechanics, along with attack and release amplitude, so each model can be shaped toward a different performance.
