Its sounds suit second lines with reverberated keys, tonal pads, soundscapes and field recording atmospheres. Sound Categories and Character

Motion is split into four categories: Field Recordings (15 samples), Reverberated Keys (22), Tonal Pads (48) and Soundscapes (35). The field recordings can be stretched to extreme lengths for organic atmospheres. The keys are designed as add-on voices with long reverberated tails. The pads are tonal, so you can play chords and melodies with them. The soundscapes are built from musical intervals with little noise.

All samples loop seamlessly, which makes sustained and evolving sounds easy to hold in a track.

The developer says the sounds work across genres, including ambient to downtempo, cinematic to electronica, and liquid DnB to new age.

Modulation and Workflow in Kontakt

Every sound is assigned to the Mod Wheel, and the Mod Wheel and X/Y controls drive the main modulations. Start there when you want complex, modern movement. For plain tonal sounds, the default patches are the place to begin.

The folders split the library into 120 single samples and 110 movements, where up to four samples are layered in one patch. An INIT blank patch is included for building your own sounds. The Randomise function gives quick starting points, and you can combine existing patches into Multi sounds.
