Lo-Fi Effects Modules and Controls
Flavor Pro splits its processing into six modules, each with its own controls. The Wobble and Flutter module adds tape-style movement with rate, speed, drift, stereo width and X modulation controls. The Saturation and Distortion module offers nine models, including Tube, Speaker, Vinyl and Synth emulations, alongside HP and LP filters.
The Sample and Bit Rate Reduction module recreates the sound of classic Akai MPC and S Series samplers, with bit crushing, sample-rate reduction, smoothing, glitch and envelope controls. A separate vinyl noise module provides crackle, clicks, pops, hum, rumble and noise. The Tape Drift and Dropouts module adds drift and dropouts with its own rate and speed controls.
