Finding and voicing chord changes by ear
The Mesh view places chords and keys in their natural harmonic order, so you can move from one change to the next by playing rather than working through theory charts. Trace presets show the chord paths behind well-known progressions, and you can rework them in different keys, voicings and rhythmic flows.
Each chord change can be revoiced in four dimensions: key tonic, pitch register, inversions and pitch spreads. Harmony can be set in 3-, 4- or 5-part voicings, with an optional sub-octave part, and individual parts can carry through changes so notes overlap smoothly from chord to chord.
