Three Instruments for Vintage Synth Arrangements
Capsule is a drum machine with eight drum channels and a built-in sequencer. Heavyocity describes its synthesis as mostly analogue, with kick and hand clap sounds designed in a vintage style, and it adds an effects chain made for drums, including a gated reverb.
Coil is a hybrid monosynth made for bass. It combines digital FM with analogue subtractive synthesis, covering sounds from biting and percussive to deep and throbbing.
Clique combines string machine and combo organ techniques. It uses frequency division to create polyphonic sounds, and it includes a split keyboard routing mechanism that can assign different parts of the synth to the upper, lower or both halves of the keyboard.
