Drum kits and patterns across genres

The plugin includes 300 drum kits and 300 MIDI drum patterns. The kits are grouped into categories such as Boom Bap, Breaks, Drill, EDM, Live, LoFi, Machines, Trap and Weird. Boom Bap kits are built around hard kicks, crunchy snares and dirty hi-hats, while Drill kits pair tight kicks with 808-style sounds. The Breaks category draws on classic live drum breaks with a gritty vinyl character.

The EDM category is the largest, covering Tech House, Future Bass, DnB, Dubstep, Afrobeats, UK Garage and disco. Patterns cover Trap, Drill, LoFi, Boom Bap, Rock, EDM, House and DnB, so you can start from a groove close to your target style.

Controls, routing and workflow

Each patch includes built-in pitch, pan and gain controls, along with an analogue-style reverb and a Hi/Lo pass filter. A stereo output level meter helps you monitor the signal, and you can choose stereo or multi-out routing depending on how you mix.

You can program drum MIDI patterns by hand or play them from a MIDI or USB controller, keyboard or MPD. The developer states the plugin has ultra-low CPU usage and fast patch loading, which suits laptops and tablets as well as lower-spec machines.
