ACE Studio 2.0 Artist Pro: AI Vocal Synth and Instrument Plugin

The vocal synth takes lyrics and MIDI notes and generates singing voices across multiple genres and timbres. The developer lists 8 supported languages in its marketing, including English, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese, with Italian, French, Portuguese and Korean listed as coming soon.

Choir Mode lets you combine several AI voices by dragging them into a group, which suits pop, gospel and other choral arrangements. Voice Designer blends timbres and singing styles from existing models without training. Pronunciation, pitch, vibrato, breathing, falsetto, tension and strength can be adjusted for finer control over the result.

The AI instruments turn MIDI into instrumental performances rather than playing back sample libraries. The developer says it currently supports AI violin, with strings, woodwinds and brass. Ensemble Mode layers several AI instruments on one track.

Voice Cloning trains a custom AI voice from uploaded vocal samples. The stem splitter separates vocals, drums, bass and other instruments from a full mix, and Vocal-to-MIDI converts recorded vocals into editable MIDI and text for re-singing with AI voices.

ACE Studio runs as a 64-bit plugin in VST3, AU and AAX formats. It needs Windows 10 (64-bit) or macOS 11.0 and later, including Apple silicon in native or Rosetta 2 mode. The listed minimums are an Intel Core i5 or equivalent AMD processor, or Apple silicon, with 4 or more CPU cores, at least 8 GB of RAM and at least 5 GB of free disk space.

An internet connection is required for authentication, model downloads and real-time processing. ACE Bridge 2 streams audio and records MIDI directly into ACE Studio tracks, and ARA link mode keeps playback and tempo synced with your DAW.
