Techno NI Massive: 100 Modern Techno Synth Presets by 5Pin Media

The pack contains 100 NI Massive presets with macros, organized into seven groups: 20 bass, 20 stab, 13 arp, 18 mono, 17 poly, 7 percussion and 5 FX presets.

The developer says the presets are inspired by artists including Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, UMEK, Radio Slave, Audion, Slam and Paul Kalkbrenner, and are meant to bring techno productions up to date with current sounds.

The pack also includes 104 WAV drum and synth parts exported from the demo track, plus 49 MIDI files.

Every preset is built around macros. Instead of editing the full Massive signal path, you can shape the overall tone of a sound and the amount of effects applied through the macro controls.

The macros also expose track automation options, which helps when you want a sound to change across a section of a track.

Because the presets are organized by role, such as bass, stab and arp, you can browse to the category that fits the part you are writing.

The pack suits producers who already own NI Massive and want a starting point for techno. Bass and stab presets cover the low end and chordal hits, while the arp and mono or poly groups give options for leads, pads and melodic parts.
