Progressive Deep 2 for Babylon is a preset expansion for the Babylon synth from W. A. Production, containing 140 presets for basses, leads, pads and plucks aimed at Progressive Deep production.
Progressive Deep 2 for Babylon is a sound library built for producers who work in the Progressive Deep style. It contains 140 presets split across four categories: 40 bass presets, 40 lead presets, 20 pad presets and 40 pluck presets. The developer, W. A. Production, describes the set as suited to both experienced producers and those who are new to the genre. All presets are royalty-free, and the download is 5.3 MB.
The pack is organized around the core sound sources of a Progressive Deep track. The 40 bass presets cover the low-end foundation, the 40 lead presets provide melodic lines, the 20 pad presets supply harmonic beds, and the 40 pluck presets add rhythmic and percussive movement.
W. A. Production says the presets are designed for depth and a sense of progression, with a range from dreamy, introspective textures to more driving, energetic sounds.
Progressive Deep 2 for Babylon is an expansion that requires Babylon to run its full contents. It is made for W. A. Production Babylon 1 and is not compatible with Babylon 2, so check which version you own before buying.
The pack is a good fit for producers who already use Babylon and want a focused set of Progressive Deep sounds rather than a general-purpose library.
