Its 100 presets are designed by sound designer Niall McCallum and span tuned percussion, drums, deep mallets, rich keys and driving basses. The collection also moves into textural territory with shimmering reverb and delay-drenched guitar-like synths, sweeping sound effects and dusty analogue tones. The developer says the pack is centered on the vibe and character of chillwave and downtempo music.
Hover draws on Chromaphone 3's strengths in percussion and tuned instruments. The presets include intricate tuned percussion, sturdy drums and deep mallet sounds, along with rich keys and driving basses.

If Chromaphone 3 is installed on your computer, the presets are added to it automatically under the name Octagon. Without Chromaphone 3, you can play them from AAS Player.
