03In depth

Sound Character and Genre Fit

Future Audio Workshop positions the pack around Tropical House, a subgenre of Deep House that shares traits with Dancehall, Trance and Reggaeton. Because the style blends influences from many genres, the developer suggests the patches can also suit Future Bass, Acid House, Latin House, Hip-Hop, Ambient, Trap and pop-leaning productions.

The sounds lean on layered, euphoric textures. The 12 basses and 12 leads give you the largest share of the pack, while the 9 pads add atmosphere underneath them.

What Is Inside the Pack

The pack contains 39 presets in total: 12 bass, 12 lead, 9 pad, 3 pluck, 2 keys and 1 chord patch. The developer presents it as a starting point, so you can use the patches as they are or adjust them to build your own sound.

The pack requires Circle2 to run, so make sure you have the Circle2 Synthesiser installed before loading it.
