Circle2 Expansion: City Sounds Las Vegas is a preset expansion pack for Future Audio Workshop's Circle2 synthesiser. It offers patches inspired by Las Vegas club culture, spanning dance music genres and requiring Circle2 to run.
This expansion pack is part of Future Audio Workshop's City Sounds series, where each pack is the developer's interpretation of a genre. The Las Vegas edition draws on the city's club scene, with booming bass, atmospheric pulsing pads and bright synth lines. The patches are meant as a starting point, so producers can take an idea and reshape it into their own sound. Because the contents run only inside Circle2, it suits producers who already use that synth.
Future Audio Workshop describes the pack as a way to explore many genres of dance music. The developer lists uses including Future Bass, Acid House, Latin House, Hip-Hop, Ambient, Digital Hardcore, Trap, Pop and Diva House.
The patches cover bass, pad and lead-style sounds in the club-oriented vein the Las Vegas theme suggests. Because they span several genres, the pack works as a source of starting points rather than a single-genre kit.
The pack is built for Circle2 and cannot be used without it. Future Audio Workshop states that the patches are NKS ready for Maschine and Komplete Kontrol, so they can be browsed from those controllers.
The developer says the patches were designed by professional sound designers across the globe. Producers can load a patch, then alter it to fit their own tracks.
