SynthMaster Everything Bundle Upgrade: Synth Bundle for SynthMaster 2 Owners

SynthMaster 3 is described by KV331 Audio as its flagship all-around modular software synthesizer. It offers a range of synthesis methods, including VAnalog, Additive, Vector, Wavetable, Granular, Phase Modulation, Phase Distortion, Frequency Modulation, Pulse Width Modulation, Ring Modulation, Physical Modeling and SFZ sample playback.

Each instance can hold up to 16 layers, and each layer can use up to 16 modules. Generator modules include Basic, Additive, Vector, Wavetable, VAnalog and Granular oscillators, plus a Modulator. Effect modules include several digital, ladder, state variable, comb, phaser and formant filters, along with a Waveshaper. Each layer supports up to 32 modulation sources, such as ADSR and multistage envelopes, LFOs, a Noise LFO and a Scaler.

The Routing tab shows the signal flow of a layer, and modules can be added, removed, bypassed or replaced from that view.

SynthMaster 3 includes 900 new factory presets, which KV331 Audio credits to a group of named sound designers. The bundle also includes SynthMaster 3's ability to read SynthMaster One and SynthMaster 2 presets.

Each layer has its own arpeggiator and sequencer, and the MIDI signal passes through the sequencer before the arpeggiator. Steps can carry random trigger, hold and slide values. Each layer also has its own MIDI output channel, so generated MIDI can be routed to different tracks in a host.
