Sound and Saturation Modes
The core of Phat Booster is its four saturation algorithms. Each mode shapes harmonic content in its own way, so switching between them lets you choose the flavor of thickness you want before adjusting the main knob.
The input and output volume controls, each adjustable from +6 dB to -12 dB, let you manage level before and after the saturation stage. This matters because drive changes perceived loudness, and gain staging keeps the comparison fair when you A/B settings.
The tone fader adjusts the tonal balance of the processed signal, and the phase reverse button flips polarity, which can change how the processed sound sums with the dry signal.
