Narcotic: Multi-Effect Modulation Plugin by Lunatic Audio

Each effect parameter in Narcotic can be modulated by its own step sequencer, which gives precise control over how individual settings move over time. The XY pad lets you assign parameters to each axis and drive them with two more step sequencers that can be customised separately.

A global parameters bar at the bottom of the interface adjusts the settings of all active sequencers at once, along with the dry/wet mix. That makes it practical to shape the overall intensity of a patch without editing every sequencer individually.

For a faster starting point, the Shroom Magic button uses intelligent randomization to pick and mix from a set of presets, creating a new modulated sound in one click. It is a useful way to explore ideas before refining them manually.

The interface is vector-based and scalable, so it can be resized to suit your screen. The developer describes the layout as designed to guide you through sound design without getting in the way of your creativity.
