01Overview

ECLIPSE is built around three rhythmic engines called PULSE, CHOP and FLOW, each aimed at a different kind of sound: percussive elements, stuttered electronic patterns, and pads with evolving textures. Its interface is designed for quick results, so you can shape a sound without digging through deep menus. Four independent sequencers, each with its own playback rate and up to 64 steps, modulate 24 parameters. The instrument ships with 250 presets to start from.

Triple Engine Design for Pulses, Chops and Pads

ECLIPSE is organized around three engines. PULSE Mode is for modern percussive elements. CHOP Mode creates electronic and stuttered rhythms. FLOW Mode is for pads and textures.

You can morph between the modes in time using the sequencer, which lets a single patch move from rhythmic material to sustained textures across a track.

Sequencers, Effects and Sound Shaping

Four sequencers modulate 24 parameters, and each one runs at its own rate with up to 64 steps. You can generate new patterns automatically or process existing ones, then play them forward, in reverse, both ways, or randomly.

The effects section includes delays, several modulation types and distortions. It also has a convolution engine with impulse responses and reverbs based on hardware units commonly used in cinematic production.
